Specifications:
As a design professional, you take responsibility for specifying what you want. Refer to the catalog data for the specifics of a particular fixture. If there are any questions about how to specify a fixture please call Lighting Collaborative, Inc. or your local representative. We can only quote what is specified - sometimes we cannot quote because of a lack of information. Specification errors are the responsibility of the specifier.

Pricing:
Refer to the price list. Packing charges and freight and / or taxes are all included. Lamps are always included in pricing.

Terms:
All orders / changes in orders must be in writing, otherwise, Lighting Collaborative, In. is not responsible for errors made on the job. Payment terms are 50% deposit / net upon receipt unless otherwise specified. Final delivery will not be made without final payment.

Cancellations:
Buyers who place orders on a "hold for release" basis and subsequently cancel the order prior to release shall be subject to a cancellation charge for Lighting Collaborative's cost of product engineering. Submittal drawings and administration relating to the cancelled without the consent of Lighting Collaborative, Inc. Any costs incurred due to work performed or material ordered will be charged to the buyer.

Claims:
All fixtures are inspected, tested and packed in optimum condition. "Risk of loss" passes to the buyer upon delivery by Lighting Collaborative, Inc. to the carrier. The buyer must make all claims for damages or loss directly to the carrier. Customers should therefore carefully inspect all material at the time of delivery and note damages or shortages. A dispute with the carrier regarding damages does not relieve the buyer's obligation to pay the full amount of Lighting Collaborative invoice in a timely manner. Claims for shortages or errors must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of goods.

Warranty:
Lighting Collaborative, Inc. warrants to the buyer that it's products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date caused by shipping, improper installation. Improper lamping, product modifications or abuse of the product shall not be covered under the terms of the warrantee. Lighting Collaborative's sole obligation under this warranty shall be at its option, to repair or replace the defective product. The factory shall not be responsible for labor or freight charges in connection with any returns.

There are not other express warranties including any warranty of merchant. Ability or fitness for purpose. Lighting Collaborative, Inc. shall not be liable for removal and reinstallation of its products. Seller shall not be liable for any consequential contingent or incidental damages caused by failure of merchantability or any other cause except the gross negligence of the seller.

Auxiliary equipment (ballast, transformers, etc.) furnished as components in our products, carry the warranty of the manufacturer of that equipment. Lighting Collaborative's guarantee does not extend to such components. Defective ballasts or transformers under another warranty shall be resolved with that manufacturer in accordance with the terms of that manufacturer's warranty.

Guarantee:
Lighting Collaborative, Inc. guarantees to the purchaser, for one year from the invoice date that all units are free of defective material and workmanship when shipped. This guarantee described here-in shall be in lieu of any other warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Fees & Expenses:
Purchaser shall pay to Lighting Collaborative, Inc. any and all reasonable expenses, included mechanics liens, attorney's fees, incurred by Lighting Collaborative, Inc. and in enforcing the terms or any agreement with sale to, or collection of any amounts owed to it by the purchaser.
