Shipping: Unless otherwise agreed, Lighting Collaborative, Inc. will ship all orders by the carrier of its choice from our factory in New York. Lighting Collaborative, Inc. may await completion of an entire order and ship all at once or make partial shipments at its sole discretion. Requests for premium freight service (such as air freight) must be authorized in writing and are to be done by the customer. There will be no deduction of any normal prepaid freight costs.
Shipping Dates: Shipping dates are approximate and represent our best estimate. If an order is delayed, our customer will be informed. In the event that circumstances beyond our control delay shipping, we will not be held responsible for any damages, penalties and / or labor charge back incurred as a result of delayed shipments. Please advise Lighting Collaborative, Inc. in advance if shipping schedule should be altered to accommodate job conditions. Returns: Merchandize may be returned only with the authorization of the factory. If authorized, returns are subject to a re-stocking charge of up to 50%. Store credit only will be issued only after inspection and acceptance of the returned products by Lighting Collaborative, Inc. Returned goods must be accompanied by a "Returned Goods Authorization" (RGA). Returned items must be properly packaged and returned undamaged or will be subject to additional reconditioning charges. The buy must pay for shipping to our Factory. Custom, special ordered, or modified fixtures are non-refundable / non-cancelable. No goods will be accepted for credit after three months from the date of shipment.
